
I'm looking for a nice ceramic piece to add to my betta tank, nothing too big. Saw this on Amazon and my only concern is the pink coral on top, Whats the probability of them shredding his fins?

I think unless it’s right under a strong current your betta should be fine, though i do recommend potterash on etsy as well. I just got these and they’re SO CUTE

So this is a common concern for axolotls as well. A tip I learned keeping them is to put a rubber glove on and run your hand down the decor. If it snags the glove, its a no go.
If it feels smooth, i wouldnt worry. Like if the tips are rounded off. Thats what you really have to worry about. Sharp edges that could tear the fins. With axies, its the same but also bc of their slime coat. (:
