Nice catch! I’ve been learning small jerkbaits for trout, and love fishing streams. No luck yet. I have the Rapala Countdown 2.25 inch brook trout lure, and just ordered the Trout Magnet Crank Lure, Brown Trout Pattern.

Give the guy a break. He handled that trout fine. He got the fish back in the water quickly and the fish lived another day. Great catch man! Beautiful brown trout. What did you catch it on?

What’s your BFS setup if you don’t mind me asking? I had done a shimano rod with the Abu Garcia Revo BFS reel and hated it. It felt like the rod and reel never actually wanted to cast the gear it was cleared for. It wanted something heavier
