So I am going to Alaska in the beginning of July and will be starting in coopers landing right next to the kenai and Russian rivers I have done a good bit of research and landed on bringing a 3#, 6#, 8# the 6 I don’t have and I need a reel for my 8 but I am wondering if anyone has good spots, gear or just tips for my trip.

I always used my 8 on the Russian and the Kenai.
