My girl (boy?) Korra ๐ฅ๐ฌ๏ธ๐๐
bought *her* as a young little sprout. the colors and personality absolutely stole my heart 6 months after I lost my sweet boy of 3 years. the one blue eye and one black eye, the iridescent blues. what a looker! ๐
anyways, I purchased a "Female" Koi Plakat. I've always had long finned bettas, so the sexual dimorphism was always pretty straight forward.
but uh, now that they're mature, I'm pretty sure she's a dude?
there is an egg spot, but I know males can have false egg spots, but I've also read some females can have long ventral fins ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
I've had her for about a year now and call her a girl because I named her after The Legend of Korra and don't want to change her name to Aang lol.

Are her eyes two different colors or is that just the lighting? I love her colors sheโs beautiful!
