Just got a new Shimano Stadic C3000HG. It is making a “scraping” sound when spinning. It is difficult to hear in the video but hope one of you can tell me if it is as can be expected ?

I have Stellas that make noise when they’re spun like that without any line or load on them. Try spooling it up and fishing it, see if it’s still noisy. Does it feel gritty or dry?
