this _is_ a really funny picture but it is dangerous. they’re known to eat the slime coat, can stop the frog from getting oxygen (like this) and can break their little legs if they get caught on the trapdoor while the snail goes for a nap
it’s not something to be extremely worried about but I wouldn’t want the situation long-term
