So after my water parameters were finally stable for about a week, I noticed that my betta seemed bored and that he was nibbling at his tail. Ammonia was starting to raise, so I figured I'd do an opportunity to rescape. I acquired the very long stem plants, fire moss, and three more shrimp since he hasn't been aggressive to the two shrimp already in the tank, and got three more blue dream shrimp. After rescaping, replanting and tying down the moss instead of gluing it this time, I think I've reached a point where I really love the aesthetic but I worry if it will be unsustainable.
Current stock in the tank is one male betta, one mystery snail, and five neocardinia shrimp (4 blue 1 red)
Plants in the tank are java ferns, anubias nana, the tall coniferous-ish ones that I cannot remember the name of, fire moss (possibly a sprig or two of Christmas moss as well but most of that died) and a blanket of floating frogbit.
There is a permanent feeding hole established in the middle of the tank to let the filter run and let loght down for the other plants.
I've put a lot of care and work into this tank, but the extra plants and shrimp were definitely an impulse buy. But if it all looks good, I'd love to keep it.
The tank is fully established in a cycle as well, the water change that I performed with the rescape yesterday was was the first one in about two weeks and was probably an 80% water change. I vacuumed the gravel as well since it was covered in dead moss and poop.
I really don't want to have to remove anything, so more than anything else if my setup looks bad tell me how to fix it and if it looks good, how to sustain it. Thank you very much!

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0

Imo, It’s not over planted until the fish are pressed against the glass 😅

Embrace the jungle
In my opinion, it’s extremely difficult to over plant tanks till the point where your fish can’t swim.
