Hello, I just got my betta Fish one week ago. I’m still cycling the tank but I have a question. How much should I really feed him during the cycle and after one month or two weeks when the cycle finishes how much should I feed my betta because I feel like those are very tiny pallets.

I don’t have the experience to advise you on feeding during a fish-in cycle but for afterwards, at least, I’ve maintained a healthy weight for my betta by feeding 2-3 pellets twice a day and giving him bloodworms once a week. Usually I’ll give bloodworms for dinner and fast him the following breakfast so he bloat
The most important thing is to pay attention to your fish’s appetite and body shape. Every betta has different activity levels and some will eat more than others so just take this as a rough guideline and adjust if you think he’s looking over or under weight.
Stomach is the size of the eye, feed however much “fits” into stomach visually. I’ve done fish-in cycles and I’ve never fed less than normal during the process. Just make sure he’s eating it all.
Their stomach is the size of their eyeball. Feed accordingly.
