Had this Berkley Custom Parametric sitting for a while in the garage, would I be able to attach a baitcaster reel to this rod? And how could I attach it if possible since it has no seatings to it.

From what im seeing the hole in the handle should have a weird bolt thing with a tab to hold a reel. I have something similar at home(im out rn).

With plenty zipties yes since you are missing the part that holds the reel in place

You do need the hold down and the bolt to secure it ‘the right way’. You could always zip tie in front and back of the reel to hold it in place.
