Yes, it is missing a screw with a plastic cap.

It’s missing the screw cap. Just pull the handle out and take it to a hardware store like Home Depot and find a machine screw that fits it that you can put in and tighten with a screwdriver. It will be a metric size and you will want a small washer to go on the screw also.
