To start I know the reel hasn’t been released yet but I’m curious at everyone’s thoughts regarding its release later this year? Are yall excited and planning to purchase it? Or going to pass it up? I’m considering getting it as my first Shimano/DC reel.

Looks fire. You couldn’t go wrong, especially with digitaka. I placed a preorder with them for the certate a year or so ago, and it went extremely smoothly. I have 6 shimano casting reels and none of them are DC, but I have been tempted to try one.
