Aggregating dam release data for fishing — would this actually help?

I’ve been thinking about how fragmented dam release and water level info is for anglers.

The concept: aggregating public U.S. government dam release and water level data into a cleaner, more angler-friendly view so people can plan trips better, and they can get water release email alerts.

If you fish rivers or tailwaters:

• Do you already check this data?

• What’s annoying about current sources?

• What would make it actually useful?
