I just got her couple days ago and noticed she have small bump on her head but she still active and eat. Should I be concerned?

* Tank size: 2 gallons quarantine tank (I have 5 gallons cycles for her)
* Heater and filter?: have filter, no heater
* Tank temperature: 27°C
* Parameters: pH 7.4, nitrite 0, nitrate 0
* How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: 6 months tank, 3 days fish
* water changes: ~20% water change every week
* tankmates: 1 snail
* food: Hikari betta bio-gold 4-5 pallets
* Tank Decorations: drift wood with anubias and dragon stones with moss
