the pea was not for him
he's picky as hell and spits out his betta food, but the moment i feed the skrimps a pea he's bullying all of them and playing ball with his prize. i did try and feed him a smaller piece but then i heard peas aren't great for betta so i'll just let him wrestle with his oversized chunk

They don’t digest peas well and they can cause bloating/constipation. Try feeding your shrimp some boiled kale or zucchini! Just ask sure to take it out after they’re done (about an hour or two)
