Hi there. A couple of days ago I noticed a reddish bump and some whiteness on our sweet Iris’s chin and head. I did some research and believe it could be a fungal infection from a water quality issue. My daughter gave her way too many bloodworms last week and part of what I found online was that they can contribute to high ammonia levels in her tank. I cleaned out a little over 50% of her water and began treating her with Imagitarium Betta Remedy. She hasn’t acted differently in any way, still seems to be as active and otherwise normal.
I’m posting photos below so that those more experienced in Betta care can help determine if I’m on the right track and just need to continue with every other day treatment as per the instructions on the bottle of Betta Remedy or if I need to change course. Thank you in advance!

like the other commenter said, would it be possible to provide us with information like tank size, water parameters (ammonia, nitrites and nitrates), and temperature? It really helps in diagnosing any problems, because a lotta times health problems in fish can stem from very similar root causes. Thanks a lot!
If u don’t know what the water parameters mean I’m happy to explain
Hi there, please can you answer the mod questions especially around water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH) and the tank (age of tank, size of tank, is it nitrogen cycled, tank mates, water change schedule and tank maintenance)?
We need more information to help. Thanks.
It could be ammonia burns hence my focus on water parameters and age of tank.
