so this is my current WIP build for my betta he is around 2yrs old and his age is beginning to show so I thought it might be nice to set him up with a 3ft 150lt tank for his golden years
the left is a homemade cave(tested secure and safe) that will have a shallow area above it with emergent plants and reads at around 3inches of water at its deepest hopefully reaching full dry land
the tank will contain my betta (malitsamou) and the shrimp and snails currently living with him aswell as the possible addition of rabbit snails, whiptail catfish, kuhli loaches, and possibly chilli rasbora
the tank will be semi blackwater but not all the way just a nice strong tea rather than wood lacquer
just wanted to kinda keep a journal of progress and also see if anyone had any insight, possible improvements or anything else of the helpful nature
