Around 2 weeks ago I noticed her stomach area being a little inflamed, I looked it up and just thought I could have been overfeeding (I feed once a day). Then today, out of nowhere it became this. I was researching and it appears that its a rupture.. Is there any way I can save her??, she is still swimming, but I can tell there is a lack of energy. She is mainly staying at the top of the tank.

I’m sorry dear, but no. You can let her slowly succumb to her injury or euthanize her, but she is passing.
Would be best to euth, I am sorry OP, these are the harsh realities of fish keeping, animals get sick and die, even if you are doing things correctly.
Yea you can just wait and see some time fish can live after being bit in half so anything is possible
Unfortunately, no. Even the best exotic veterinarian cannot fix this.
