Ceramic eye of the rod got cracked somehow, and i was wondering if I'd need to just replace the whole tip or if there's another fix.

Id just hot glue it and then clean up

It is possible to replace the ceramic, but it is much easier to change out the entire tip.
One thing I wonder…would it be possible / advisable to remove the remaining ceramic, and then just fine sand and polish the metal? Not every fishing rod has ceramic guide eyes. Could you perhaps get away with foregoing that, or would that increase the risk of line abrasion too much?

Replacing is easy enough, just get another ceramic heat that tip off carefully n glue the other on. No point losing a fish because of cheap fix

Yup, replace the tip. It’s a 2 minute job and only costs a couple bucks
