Im treating my betta for ich since yesterday. He's had this red thing on his fin earlier but it was very small and it was just one tiny patch. Now when I started treating him, it's gotten this big overnight. What is this. :((

That definitely looks like Finrot! Sometimes it’ll start off with red dots or a faint red hue, then their tail will start degrading and the spots will spread. You can use kanaplex and aquarium salt for treatment!
