I need help(beginner here 🙋🏻♀️). I noticed Grumpy is flaring whenever I turn the aquarium light on. Is it possible that he’s seeing his reflection whenever I turn the light on?

Catching him napping perhaps? Do you have anything like floating plants covering some of the top layer of water? They’re not terribly fond of bright lighting, but love their floating / water level hides.

He can see his reflection when the tank light is bright and the room is big and dark. Might wanna open the curtains to let some light in or turn on some lighting in the room
Sauerkraut does this sometimes when I have the light on. A lot less so since I planted the tank, but if he seems agitated at his reflection I just turn off the light for a while. Sometimes he’s fine though, and I added some frogbit so he gets some cover overhead.
