What are the parameters? His fins are really clamped and he looks dull. How long have you had him

I mean, he got sucked into the filter and you’re asking what’s wrong with him? 🤯

He’s starting to clamp his fins. I’d suggest moving him to a hospital tank with his heater and filter and some tank water, do one full round of kanaplex as directions say and then do a partial water change 24 hours after the second dose. If there’s no improvement, try neoplex. Do *not* move him back to his main tank until a few days after he’s completely back to normal, this can risk a relapse in the clamping.
3 gallon is way too small to keep stable water. Nothing but shrimp can be housed in a 3 gallon. Mystery snails poop a lot and are messy, so having them in a 3 gallon is a HUGE NO NO. Like others said, this will 100% cause an ammonia spike. Both animals are suffering in these conditions. Please refer to the betta care sheet/guide in the comments!!!

First of all, if he got sucked into the filter, change it asap with a new one that is more betta friendly.
Your fish is suffering a lot and if you don’t act now he will die. His condition is most probably because of bad water conditions.
I suspect high nitrites and high ammonia, that is burning the body of this poor creature.
Test the water parameters daily, with a liquid test kit.
Change water daily, 30% every day, until ammonia and nitrites are 0 for a few days in a row.
Remove that snail!
For god’s sake, inform yourself immediately on how to keep a fish.

Can you answer mod questions? Parameter, temperature, tank cycled?
He looks extremely stressed and the water quality might be bad if that’s a 3 gallon tank and not cycled, along with no life plants etc.
