Okay this may sound dumb, never purchased a chartplotter. Looking at a garmin echomap or striker with side view, need it to have U.S. South navionics. Also hopefully a gt54 transducer.
When I go to look at academy, bass pro, they are listing only options as US lakes and US coastal. I mainly only fish satilla river and Altamaha in Georgia. I’m guessing that would be coastal? Or US inland rivers and lakes? Also what would be the cheapest way for me to get one, it’s going on a 25 year old bass tracker, any sales to look out for in upcoming month or two?
Both the ones online list a GT20 transducer instead of the 54, but see some for sale on eBay with 54 and read that people recommended it much higher than the 20. Again I don’t know much about them but any help is appreciated!
