Long story short. He was supposed to be in a 10 gallon everything went sideways. So I kept him in 3 gal. And he was healthwise fine. We did had a case of a finrot but I caught it and it was going slow and then it was good(halfway of his journey). Then we had to move to a diff county with a hard water. And everything was good for 5 months !! And then starting February we noticed a fin rot again. I have a Long finned betta. So it’s VERY OBVIOUS. No ammonia in tests. Nitrates were a bit high but after water changes nothing (liquid test). He’s been on a bottom for a week and half!! I decided to put him in a cup (in a pic you can see) so he has an easier access to the surface for an air. I tried to feed him last days – nada. He always reacts to the lid to be lifted as a sign of food and swims up – no. It would be 2 years of me having him on February 23rd. Any suggestions??? PLEASE
