about a week ago my betta got caught in this shrimp cave, I had to pull him out, causing damage to his fins. he appears to have a minor wound on his head/back area. his pectoral fins appear tethered, like theyve been stripped and his ventral fin which was hanging on by a thread has detatched leaving most of it still there. he has been in a hospital bucket for a week with aquarium salt tho the dose was likely too low i just added a few pinches. he is eating, swimming and breathing okay but has his mouth open 24/7. he has lost colour but appears stable. wondering how much longer i should keep him hospitalised. the decor has been removed from his tank. should I wait until fully healed ?
