Hello everyone I’m getting my first travel rod, I want to use it for when I go hiking or when I travel. I seen the Daiwa presso and was thinking of maybe going with a 6’ UL and pair it with Daiwa ballistic 1000. Or maybe get the 2500 and pair it with the 7”. Not sure which I’m going with yet was hoping some of you had some experience with the rod. Thank you

I bought two procyon mq reels and they both have a grinding sound that annoys me. Let me know how that one works out for you.
