I’ve caught crappie, bass, bream, tilapia, even catfish on this. It’s my go-to on a really tough bite when I’m getting discouraged and just need something alive on the end of my line. What’s yours?

  1. Dynamite.

Actually a spinner works for me but if I am really desperate I get nightcrawlers.

  2. Leaf worm. Very simple. It was the first bait many of us ever used. Catch bluegill for hours on end.

  3. Lure : Rapala Xrap size 06 Olive color.

I need to catch something to survive another day: half a night crawler on a hook under a cork bobber

I use a 2″ white grub on a 1/16oz Roadrunner underspin as my “let’s see if there’s ANY fish in here” lure. 3″ w/ a 1/8 Roadrunner underspin is a fantastic search bait

  5. Weightless Texas rig senko, B-Bug grinder color seems to work best for me. I love a 4/0 Berkeley fusion hook too.

If I have my lighter setup a 1/8oz black and yellow gold blade panther Martin

I feel so stupid asking but I’ve taught myself fishing up to this point.. how tf am I supposed to fish that when not like ice fishing?

  7. Its either the white grub/jighead combo or a small casting spoon when lure fishing. For fly fishing its a foam beetle.
