Landed this cisco/tulibee on Mille lacs on Sunday. Didn’t bump it, my guess it was 20-22 inches. I released it, it swam down the hole. I showed my buddy this picture and told him it was 20 inches or so. He said the record in MN is 21. Kinda kicking myself for not keeping it or getting a bump and weight.
