Cleaned our biology lab aquarium and after filling the tank back up and letting it settled, it turned out like this. Clear water but blurry, it might be the glass from the inside because I wiped it on the outside. How can I clean this or is this unsalvageable, I hope I can save this because it's a big tank and it would be such a waste

You could just- rescape the entire tank…
Did you try using a magnetic aquarium glass cleaner to scrub the inside of the glass? We always had one in our tanks. If no, any pet store should have one. The floating ones are a good idea if you have fish that like to bite or get stressed easily.
They make kits to restore acrylic aquariums. It is basically like a headlight polishing procedure. Fine sand paper and polishing. A tank that size is going to be a lot of work and you are going to want power tools.
Edit: I am assuming acrylic…
Well if you did a deep clean it will encourage bacteria blooms. Need to cycle it again, the bloom naturally disappears as beneficial bacteria grows
