I caught this right before it started raining. I felt like I was drawing a blank, this rig wasn’t pulling any bites nor was anything I threw.

Topwater or moving baits, especially right when it starts raining. Rain is making bugs drop out of the trees/washing worms into the water’s edge. I’ve had my best luck over and over again right before and at the very beginning of a storm. The low barometric pressure frees the fish up to MOVE
