I've been using nako for almost 5 years now. I’ve been using Nako for about 5 years now, and I have to say they’ve really improved. At first, their customer service wasn’t great, but now they’ve hired multiple U.S.-based staff for social media and customer service. And unless you’re emailing them like a 50- or 60-year-old boomer, you won’t have problems waiting long for a response, usually under 24 hours if you reach out via Instagram or Facebook. I had a lost order once, and after messaging them on Instagram, a replacement was at my door in 5 days.
Some folks complain about the Flight Feather reels, but that wasn’t a Nako reel, they were just the distributor. Once they saw the issues, they stopped selling them. I know people didn’t get replacement parts, but that was on Flight Feather, not Nako. I, like others, tried getting a drag clicker replaced, and they told me straight up that the factory wouldn't send them one. But I’m not going to hold a distributor responsible when the manufacturer drops the ball.
As for the product itself, after two years, I don’t have a Gamakatsu hook anywhere in my box, no Owner hooks either. I only use Nako hooks, Nako Tungsten, and their braid. Their Fatty Worm is my go-to, and their Crawl is the best jig trailer, hands down. After 5 years, I even get early access to new products. What’s great is they don’t pay people to promote them, they only reach out to genuine users who have reviewed their stuff consistently. I respect that authenticity a lot more than paid promos. Just a loyal Customer!!!!

I like Nako’s tungsten. My Flight Feather experience left a bad taste in my mouth for sure, but I’ve chalked that up to it being a CDM product and have just resolved to buy Daiwa from here on out, LOL.
What is that swimbait? I’ve never seen one with a tail like that
