Warm spring water flows out at this spot and keeps this area unfrozen during the winter, I don’t have my rod with me but would fish be hanging out here? I would think yes but maybe it wouldn’t be effective? This pond bangs during the warmer months

If there’s bass i’d slow twitch a senko along that seam, looks good
