Help! My poor girl got stuck in the shrimp hideaway. Found her this morning and took awhile, but I finally was able to cut the plastic and free her. She’s really hurt herself trying to free herself. Any advice on how I can help her heal?? Does she have a fighting chance?

Methylene blue. Monitor for infection. Tannins. Shallow, warm water. Good luck!!
I’d get her one of those Betta leaves so she doesn’t have to exert herself at all to get air so she doesn’t re-injure herself more or possibly suffocate because she’s too weak to bring herself up to breathe. Put the leafy right up at the surface just under the water so it can hold her up
