Got a little too desperate using my thumb as a brake to prevent backlash on my cast, (happened before about an hour prior)and got what I imagine is some kind of friction burn on my thumb 😹
Is there any kind of treatment to this? Do I treat it like a normal burn and put burn cream on it? Hurts like a b*tch and I’d like some advice on how to treat it, and maybe even how to prevent it in the future lol.
