I have a 30 gallon fresh and this 5 gallon- I know the parameters are harder to keep on the 5- so I knew I wanted to plant it.
I got all the plants for free from a local plant group I'm in, used activ-flora substrate, and the two decor are ceramic. The HOB filter I modded – I use purigen, course sponge for bio-media, and a fluval water polishing pad.
Here's hoping my betta likes it- he seems to so far!
What do you guys think? Too much? Not enough?
