Wanting to add a track to my rear cutout in my ‘16 hobie outback. The concern is, bigger things mounted won’t fit down in the cutouts. I had this issue with a previous kayak as well. Wanting to eventually add an anchor wizard to the track.
So they make spacers/ risers for these tracks? Ideally I’d like to throw in a 12” mightymount xl on both sides.

Fill it with something like a peice of plywood thats treated or some sort of plastic

After some research it’ll probably be best to slide 1-2 of these under any accessory that’s too big to fit in the space.
