My Betta has stopped eating and has become very lethargic. I have done a water change as I normally do. The chemical levels of the water are in a good range. The water temperature is at 78. I’m not sure what else can be causing her to act like this. She is about one year old.

Oh she looks like she is pineconing/dropsy. Poor fishy. There are things you can attempt to do for the fish treatments but it is very difficult. I wish you the best.

How much/what/how often are you feeding btw? She seems extremely overweight which would definitely be a dropsy trigger.
