Aquariums: Is this good enough flow for good oxygenation of 5ft tank?

Should have an air stone. That power head is not introducing much oxygen just movement. Need bubbles to be popping

Yes, for oxigen for sure. Also tho, congos LOVE some current. If its in the budget I’d get a second one to point down toward the substrate or across the tank.

Can you push the filter down bit so the air bubbles are in the water rising up. This will give better oxygen flow but slow down the surface flow rate.

As someone with a 6ft tank, yes this is more than enough.
