Hey everyone, I'm looking for some help identifying these smooth, non-cauliflower growths on the belly of one of my ranchus (see pics/video). I've had this fish for a year with no issues, but these popped up about 2 weeks ago.
It’s only affecting this specific fish. I did add new fish a month ago, but all the other fish (both old and new) are completely unaffected, active, and eating properly.
Here is my setup:
Tank: 55 gal bare-bottom
Stock: 4 juvenile ranchus
Filtration: Fluval 407, 4 medium sponge filters, inline UV light
Temp: 24.5 – 25°C
Parameters: All fine, though Nitrates hit ~40ppm by the end of the week
Maintenance: 1x 80% water change weekly (water tested and treated)
Diet: 3 meals a day
Does anyone know what this might be (tumors, carp pox, etc.) or how I should go about treating it? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Bumps appeared a week ago.
