Places for restoration?

Howdy y’all! Recently started fishing, haven’t caught anything yet.

I’ve inherited these from my grandpa/great grandpa and was wondering if there were places that I could take them to get tuned up/fixed and working again. I have lost a few of the screws over the move and haven’t successfully found replacements.
