So this is my local stream in south Poland. I didn't expect its this huge bc behind my house it was small. I wanna go there with rod and try some spinning. Is there can be chub or trout? And how should i fish here. Of course I catch and realese. Thanks

I remember hiking out to a spot like this in Canada once as a kid and being really underwhelmed. I thought for sure there was no chance of finding any fish, but that I might as well cast to “get my lures wet”. It was the most active fishing spot I’ve ever hit. I believe they were all trout. I was just throwing jigs and spinners, idk if that’s optimal in your case.
Worms are always a classic to see if there’s anything in the water.
