Have you tested your water source?
That’s not accurate I’d imagine. It’s hard to get water that high even while trying.
Your test might be expired
Maybe just contaminated from other kits
Especially if you reused the vial for ammonia/nitrite/nitrate
Check your KH to get more info about pH
PH pen is also a better way to test
