So I recently bought this swim bait but the shopkeeper recommended me the wrong hook. Could you guys recommend me one? The lure is 3.5” and I’m gonna use it for saltwater fishing.

Bring the baits with you to walmart/academy whichever you prefer, find the jighead section and then compare the size of the bait to the jigheads, something in the 2/0 area should work
I really love using underspins with those style swimbaits. 1/0 or 2/0 should work. The only problem is you have less weight (the 1/0 are 1/8 oz unless you go with expensive tungsten ones) and more wind resistance so its not the best if you’re needing long casts.
