New tip. I’ve replaced 3 this year. Just make sure you get one that’s snug, then superglue it. I bought a kit from Walmart with 6 different size tips for about $10.

As others mentioned, there’ no sense in cutting off any more rod. You can use a lighter to heat the glue and pull the broken piece out of that tip, and see if that tip will still fit. It is close enough that it might. If not, you can buy a replacement tip with more space.

I say yes.

I’m going against the grain and advocating for trimming down to the next eye. Cut at an angle, and sand down the area until smooth. I did the same trim 2 years ago on my ultralight rod, and it’s been catching fish like nothing ever happened

Go to your local tackle shop. They will put the right tip on and I would guess for less than $20. It would only need to be cut if the blank has been cracked. They will be able to tell. Don’t use super glue. The new tip would be stuck on and you would not be able to pull it off without cutting again. Hot glue or tip tite would be two good options.

It can be repaired, but it will never be the same.
Don’t cut down to the next eyelet, put a new tip on the part thats left
Just put a new tip on it. You can buy them online or Bass Pro type stores
Buy a new tip top guide and install it on what remains or heat the old one to see if you can extract the broken piece and use that guide
It’s a st Croix, they do have decent warranties and replacement program. It’s worth checking you may be able to get a new one for an ok price.
