Baitcaster Reel Help

I’ve had an Abu Garcia Revo for a few years. At the end of the summer it suddenly started making significant noise on the cast and lost distance. I took it apart and cleaned it, but didnt seem to fix. I’ve noticed that the brake arms keep falling out of their spot which I think is the issue. You can see striations on the plastic weight holder, but I’m not sure if that is from the cause or a result of the weights coming out. Has anyone had a similar issue? Wondering if I need to replace the brake weights and the holder, or if I need to replace/fix the Palm Side Plate.
