Hi everyone , my betta fish is 2 and a half years old by now and lately I've noticed his fins ragging and today I saw a weird curvature on his back . He still eats happily but I've noticed his energy going down for the last 6 months or so
He lives in an 8 gal heavily planted dirted aquarium with good water parameters, just for caution I've been doing a 10% water change every other day
I'm a bit desperate since I've tried some meds and intensified water changes and nothing seems to help
Is he sick of something in specific you can point out or is he just getting old ?

It’s normal for an adult betta to be less active and have lower energy levels. It’s common for them to take frequent naps when they feel well. Regarding the curvature, do you have more pictures to show?
Before I jump to any conclusions, do you notice any issues with his eyes specifically pop eye. The enlarging of his eyes would be what you’re looking for.
