Quick Google search, Shallow Fingerling made by Excalibur with Bill Dance’s face on the package lol. From what I read, company was around in the late 90s, with their baits made by bomber I think. Went away, then was refreshed as Xcaliber for a while. You’ll still find the fingerling under Bomber now, but idk if they have a shallow version of the fingerling anymore.

It is an older Bomber crankbait. They used to make several Bill Dance signature series cranks.
