Just hear me out, they are both SUPER friendly, they can live with the same tank temperature (heated of course most fancy goldfish are in heated tanks) They aren't fussy eaters, eg they will eat any leftover food. They are actually pretty hardy and goldfish poop turns into mulm, and in the wild they survive by digging through mulm. Thoughts?

I’ve never kept goldfish, so my first instinct was ‘jfc no too cold’ but honestly. I’ve never kept an unheated aquarium in general, because I keep my house 17C year-round.
Goldfish will eat them if theyāre small enough
