Neither. I use double uni knot. Unless that’s what the 2nd Pic is showing? I can’t really tell

Used double uni for years but lately have been liking the alberto. It is smaller than the usual double uni and passes through the eyes better, easier for me to tie than the double uni or FG knot.

I wouldn’t use either of these.
The Alberto knot is probably the best easy to tie knot. A double uni is pretty equivalent, but bulkier.
Honestly though, just learn the FG knot. I’ve recently learnt it and while it’s a bit more difficult, it’s actually pretty easy in that once you get it right, you’ll know. Whereas other knots can look ok but still slip, the FG will either slip immediately if wrong, or hold perfectly.
