I normally try not to fish on weekends but the prefrontal weather convinced me to hit my local river. Postspawn Guadalupe bass were all over topwaters but the bigger ones were hitting soft plastics. I used Heddon tiny torpedoes and Mann’s jelly worms because old doesn’t mean obsolete! Bonus sunnies on the top too.
