I’m staying with my uncle this week, it’s been 2 days and all I’ve seen this betta do is flash around, and rest, hide, etc. it seems to rub itself before it flashes and the way it rests is concerning, it hasnt eaten for 3 days says my uncle, what do I do, something immediate, I can’t buy anything rn.

tank size must be like 1-2 gallons,
I heard bettas need heat about 70 to 80 Fahrenheit and I’m saying thats not a problem cuz I live in a very hot area and it’s about 77 indoors here.
Not sure about the parameters, water looks clean
Uncle says tank and fish have been there for 2 months
Water Changes every 5 days
He feeds it 2-3 pellets/flakes twice a day
Theres a pothos plant with its roots submerged, must be some make-do filter idk
